西三角区域经济协作的系统论思考

摘　　要：西三角经济协作区的建立对西部大开发乃至中国的全面发展具有重大意义。从系统论角度分析西三角区域经济协作的功能及影响因素,西三角区域经济协作的系统开放性、秩序性、持续性等重要问题,认为西三角区域经济协作是一个庞大而复杂的系统。要使西三角区域经济协作得以和谐、有序、持续发展,必须从系统论的高度加以深入研究。China＇ s western region is a place with wide and abundant resources. The development of economy is relatively back- ward. People＇ s living level there is low. The establishment of the delta economic circle is significant for its harmonious and all -round development, even for the whole country. The internal economic cooperation and common development requires more thoughts. The following points are analyzed： the internal economic cooperation in west triangle area, open and close of the triangle region＇ s economic cooperation, the order of the triangle region＇ s economic cooperation, the persistence of the triangle region＇ s economic cooperation. The western triangle is a complicated system. To make it develop harmoniously, every aspect of the system must be considered.
