摘  要:目的对比分析胆木叶和茎中的挥发性成分和抗菌活性。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取胆木叶和茎中的挥发性成分,用GC-MS技术进行成分对比分析,用滤纸片琼脂扩散法检测挥发性成分的抗菌活性。结果鉴定了胆木叶中的14个化学成分和茎中的10个化学成分;挥发性成分具有抗耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRS)、大肠杆菌、普通金黄色葡萄球菌、普通变形杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌的活性。结论胆木叶和茎中的挥发性成分主要分别为烷酸46.30%和烯酸48.94%;在抗菌活性中,抗MRS的活性最强。Objective To compare and analyze the volatile components and its anti -bacterial activity of Nauclea officinalis' leaves and stems. Methods The volatile components were extacted by steam distillation from leaves and stems of Nauclea officinalis , then the volatile components were compared and analyzed by GC - MS, and anti - bacterial bioassay of the volatile compounds was carried out by paper disk difusion method. Results The results showed that 14 compounds of leaves and 10 compounds of stems were identified, and the volatile components possessed inhibitory activity against Methicillin resanalysestaphylococcus( MRS), E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, P. vulgaris, Bacil subtilits. Conclusion The main volatile components from leaves of Nauclea officinalis is 46.30% of alkane acid and stems is 48.94% of olefine acid. Anti - MRS is the strongest in anti - bacterial activity.
