摘 要:目的采用气质联用法分析研究白英脂溶性的主要化学成分。方法采用60℃温浸溶剂提取法从白英中提取脂溶性化合物。用气相色谱-质谱联用法对其化学成分进行鉴定,用归一化法计算各组分的相对百分含量。结果分别从氯仿相和醋酸乙酯相分离得到129和123个化学组分峰,确定出其中40个和24个化学成分,占氯仿相和醋酸乙酯相脂溶性总量的73.19%和84.65%。结论该法方便快捷,适用于中草药脂溶性化学成分的分析;主要成分均为棕榈酸和亚油酸。Objective To analyze the liposoluble compounds from Solynum larytum Thunb. by GC - MS. Methods All com- pounds were extracted from Solynum larytum Thunb. by solvent method at 60℃. The liposoluble compounds were separated and i- dentified by GC - MS. The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. Results 129 components and 123 components were separated from chloroform layer and ethyl acetate layer respectively. Among them,40 components and 24 components were identified accounting about 73.19% and 84.65% repectively. Conclusion The method can be used to analyze liposoluble compounds with satisfactory results. Hexadecanoic acid and Linoleic acid are the most abundant components.
