摘 要:针对传统的水样采集设备存在的问题,设计了一种基于插值算法的双管双稳态水样采集阀门控制系统。控制端以ARM9S3C2401处理器为核心,数据采集端使用89S52单片机接收控制端的信号,采用改进的插值模糊算法控制双管双稳态水样采集阀门的开启或关闭;信号和数据使用双音频信号的传输控制方式,该方式利用缆道循环索和水体形成传输回路,能够在5Q~150kΩ的回路电阻以及缆道电气造成的干扰环境中正常工作。该系统使用的双管双稳态水样采集阀门消除了使用单管阀门时的残余泥沙问题,双音频通讯方法与目前采用的单音频数据传送方法相比,可靠性得到很大的提高,符合现代水文测验智能化发展趋势。装置和阀门分别获得了专利,200920141935.6和200920142120.X。Situation and problems related to Water Samples Collection are analyzed. We design the valve control system of double-tube bistable water sample collection based interpolation algorithm. The system has ARM9 S3C2401 embedded RISC microprocessor core. It also has data collection acquisition using 89S52 microcontroller to receive the signal and uses the improved fuzzy interpolation algorithm to control the water samples acquisition valve of double-tube bistable. We also adopt dual-audio signals as transmission method, which use cycle cableway and water to form a transmission loop circle and can work normally in the 5Ω-150kΩ resistance with the cableway electrical interference. The experiments show that the reliability and the stability of inductive micrometer are highly improved by using these measures. The valve control system eliminates the problem of residual sediments which caused by the single-tube valve. Compared with the single-audio signals transmission method, the dual-audio signals transmission method has advanced technology and accord with the development of intelligent hydrometry. Our valve and device were applied for a patent, whose application numbers are 200920141935.6 and 200920142120.X respectively.
