复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎中西医结合治疗的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎较好的治疗方法。方法分别采用中西医结合治疗和单纯西医治疗复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎患者,随访观察1年以上,将两组病例的疗效包括治愈率、治愈时间,视力提高情况,以及复发率等进行比较分析。结果①试验组治愈率为91.8%,好转率为8.2%、无效为0,对照组分别为68.4%、24.6%、7%;在治愈时间上试验组明显短于对照组。②视力提高试验组56眼为91.8%;对照组32眼为56.1%。③复发率试验组复发9眼为14.8%;对照组复发26眼为45.6%。结论中西医结合治疗复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎具有更好的疗效、更少的复发率,值得推广应用。Objective： To observe therapeutic effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on recurrent herpes simplex keratitis. Methods： 92 patients（liB eyes）with recurrent herpes simplex keratitis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （46 cases, 61 eyes） was treated by Chinese traditional medicine integrated with western medicine. While the control group （46 cases, 57 eyes） only accepted treatment of western medicine. All the patients were observed for more than one year after treatment. The cure rate, the cure time, the improvement of visual acuity and the recurrence rate of two groups were compared. Results- The effective rate of treatment group was 100% and that of the control group was only 93%. There was significant different （P 〈 0.05） between two groups. The cure time of treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group. The rate of visual acuity improvement was 91.8% in the treatment group, only 56.1% in control group. Follow-up survey showed that the recurrence rate was 14.8% in treatment group and 45.6% in control group. There was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The combined treatment of Chinese traditional medicine and western medicine has good effect and low recurrence rate on recurrent herpes simplex keratitis, It is worth to be popularized and applied.
