摘  要:[目的]研究连作烤烟对下部、中部和上部叶片淀粉和还原糖含量的影响。[方法]以烤烟品种龙江911为试验材料,在大田条件下采用随机区组设计方法,以正茬为对照(CK),测定了叶片中淀粉和还原糖含量。[结果]连作胁迫下,烤烟叶片中的淀粉和还原糖含量的变化趋势为正茬>迎茬>连作1年>连作5年。连作明显降低了烤烟下部叶的淀粉含量,其中以连作5年对烟叶淀粉含量影响尤为明显,与正茬相比差异达到显著水平。连作降低了中、上部烟叶还原糖含量,而下部叶还原糖含量变化不大。[结论]该研究为东北烤烟生产的可持续发展提供技术支撑。[Objective]The effects of continuous cropping on starch content and reducing sugar content in the leaves of flue-cured tobacco at different leaf position were studied.[Method]Taking the flue-cured tobacco variety Longjiang 911 as the experiment materials,starch content and reducing sugar content were measured under field experimental conditions with randomized block design.[Result]Under continuous cropping stress,the changing trend of starch content and reducing sugar content in the leaves of flue-cured tobacco was normal cropping alternate cropping continuous cropping for one year continuous cropping for five years.Continuous cropping decreased significantly starch content in bottom-position leaves.Especially,continuous cropping for five years had more significant effects on the starch content in the tobacco leaves,with significant difference with normal cropping.Continuous cropping decreased the content of reducing sugar content in middle and upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco and that in bottom leaves had few change.[Conclusion]The research provided technical support for the sustainable development of flue-cured tobacco production in Northeast China.
