摘  要:[目的]为各地枸杞资源的开发利用奠定基础。[方法]用原子吸收光谱仪测定不同产地枸杞中微量元素的含量,并运用SPSS17.0中的因子分析和聚类分析方法对测定结果进行分析比较。[结果]因子分析结果表明,总方差的50%以上的贡献来自第1个和第2个因子,所对应Cr、Ca、Cu、Fe和Zn是枸杞的特征微量元素。聚类分析结果表明,样本的类归属情况为平罗、中宁、中卫枸杞为一类,青海格尔木枸杞为一类,内蒙古拉特前旗和山东枸杞为一类,河北廊坊枸杞为一类。[结论]宁夏枸杞与其他产地枸杞有明显不同,可以根据这种差别进行枸杞产地的归属判别。[Objective]The research aimed to lay the foundation for the development and utilization of wolfberry resources in different areas.[Method]The content of trace elements in wolfberry in different areas was determined by using AAS.The factor analysis and clustering analysis method in SPSS were applied to analyze and compare the determination results.[Result]The factor analysis results showed that the first and second factors accounted for above 50% of the total variance,which indicated that Cr,Ca,Cu,Fe and Zn were the characteristic trace elements in wolfberry.The results of clustering analysis showed that seven wolf berry samples were clustered into four different groups.The wolf berry from Pingluo,Zhongning,Zhongwei were classified into the first group,Qinghai Geermu as the second group,Wulateqianqi of Inner Mongolia and Shandong as the third group,Hebei as the fourth group.[Conclusion]Lycium barbarum L.are obviously different from wolfberry in other regions at different levels,which can be used for the adscription discrimination of wolfberry's producing areas.
