摘  要:一方面,虽然借助多元视角对组织文化可以形成相对深入的认知,但是仍缺乏一个能够充分整合不同视角的认知框架来解读组织文化系统;另一方面,现有视角在价值主题认知方面颇显薄弱,在实际运作中也暴露出对组织文化本质把握和伦理诉求等方面存在的缺陷。有鉴于此,本文首先在梳理相关视角理论认知的基础上,探寻整合性框架的建构路径;继而,针对组织文化管理实践中出现的运作误区和伦理缺陷,发掘价值主题在认知框架中的核心地位;最后,立足针对性与总揽性的结合,尝试性地建构出能够体现组织文化本质和特性的系统分析框架,以求为整体性认知组织文化提供理论支持和操作指引。Although general cognition on organization culture can be founded through multiple perspectives, it has still been lacked that a cognitive framework combines various perspective well to expound the system of organization culture deeply. While the existing perspective is imperfect on value subject cognitive, we find that it has limitation on grasp organization culture essence and respond to ethics demand in practice. In view of this, this paper tried to do as follow. First, we coordinate the cognition of perspective theory and seek the path to construct a comprehensive framework. Secondly, accorded as the operation misunderstanding and the ethics limitation on organization culture management practice and, we try to explore the actual position of value subject. Finally, we construct a system analytical framework which reflected the hypostasis and characteristic of organizational culture, in order to provide the guide for cognition on organization culture whole theoretic and operation in practice.
