摘　　要：高职学院学科建设对图书馆的需求,和高职学院图书馆建立专业服务馆员制度是非常有必要的。怎样建立专业服务馆员制度,高职学院图书馆实施专业服务馆员制度又有哪些相应策略?我们将对这些问题进行探讨。Higher Vocational School of Disciplinary Construction of the library＇s needs, and build professional services in Vocational College Library librarian system is necessary. Then the problem of how to build professional services librarian system and what are the appropriate strategy are the issues we will discuss.
