纳洛酮联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑血管病意识障碍疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察纳洛酮联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑血管病意识障碍的疗效。方法将入选的急性脑血管病意识障碍患者118例随机分为治疗组60例和对照组58例,对照组给予西医常规治疗;治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用纳洛酮和依达拉奉静滴。2组均连续用药14 d。观察2组总有效率和意识障碍恢复时间。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组3个时间段意识障碍恢复时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论纳洛酮联合依达拉奉能显著缩短急性脑血管病意识障碍恢复时间,促进神经功能的恢复。Objective To observe the clinical effect of naloxone joint edaravone on acute cerebrovascular disease with disturbance of consciousness.Methods One hundred and eighteen patients with acute cerebrovascular disturbance of consciousness were randomly divided into treatment group(60 cases) and control group(58 cases).Control group was given conventional western medical treatment,Treatment group received intravenous infusion of naloxone and edaravone on the basis of conventional therapy.Two groups were continuous medication 14 days.The two groups overall efficiency and awareness of barriers to recovery time were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);Three time periods of disturbance of consciousness recovery time of treatment group was significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Naloxone combined edaravone can significantly reduce the disturbance of consciousness recovery time with acute cerebral vascular disease,promote the recovery of neurological function.
