摘 要:目的探讨行为问题儿童的认知功能水平及特征。方法采用Rutter儿童行为量表教师问卷在小学3~5年级,9~12岁学龄1020名儿童中筛选行为问题儿童。按1:1配对比例,从行为正常儿童中抽取同性别同年龄儿童87名作为对照组。采用龚耀先编中国韦氏儿童智力量表(C-WISC),测验儿童智力水平;许淑莲编临床记忆量表,测验儿童短时记忆;数字划销测验(CT),测验儿童的注意力水平;龚耀先编第四例外测验,测验儿童思维概括水平。结果行为问题儿童在算术、VIQ、拼图、PIQ、FSIQ、VCIQ、M/CIQ、智力不均衡、指向记忆量表分值、数字划销测验的净分值、失误率等方面与正常儿童比较差异具有统计学意义。行为问题儿童的Rutter量表分值与M/CIQ、数字划销测验的净分值呈显著负相关;与失误率呈显著正相关。结论行为问题儿童可能存在部分认知功能方面的缺陷。Objective To explore the feature of cognitive function in children with behavior problems . Methods We did a screening with Rutter g children behavior questionnaire for completion by teacher in 1020 school students aged 9 -12years old to find out children with behavior problems. A control group(n = 87) was matched by gender and age and collected according to the rate of 1 : 1. C - WISC, CMS, number excluded test and four exception test were applied to both groups. Results The differences of A, VIQ, OA, PIQ, FSIQ, VCIQ, M/CIQ,imbalance between VIQ and PIQ,pure scores and lost rates between the two groups were significant. The score of Rutter' s scale in children with behavior problems was significantly negatively related to M/CIQ and pure scores,and positively to lost rates. Conclusion The children with behavior problems may be have cognitive disturbance.
