摘　　要：目的探讨单鼻孔经蝶入路切除垂体腺瘤的手术技巧和方法。方法回顾性总结了近4年来收治的21例经鼻蝶入路显微手术切除垂体腺瘤患者的临床资料,结合文献加以分析。结果全切除16例,大部切除5例,无感染死亡病例,13例患者辅以放疗或药物治疗,随访半年至1年,患者症状均改善,大部切除的5例患者中有2例肿瘤消失,3例明显缩小。结论单鼻孔经蝶入路切除垂体腺瘤路径短,麻醉及手术时间短,术后恢复快,疗效确切,术后并发症少,是一种安全有效的微侵袭手术方法。Objective To study the operative technique and method of monorhinic transsphenoidal operation for pituitary adenomas. Methods The clinic date of 21 patients with pituitary adenomas undergoing microsurgical removal by monorhinic transsphcnoidal operation from February 2005 to February 2009 was reviewed retrospectively. Results Total removal of the tumors was achieved in 16 cases,subtotal removal in 5eases. There was no death case and infective case. 13 patients received radiotherapy or bromocriptine. During the follow-up period from 6 months to 1 year, symptoms of all patients were improved. Among patients of subtotal removal, tumors of 2 cases disappeared and tumors of 3 eases reduced obviously. Conclusion Monorhinic transsphenoidal operation for pituitary adenomas has many advantages, such as direct approach, short operation and anaesthetic time,less postoperative complications, et al. It is a safe and effective method for the treatment of pituitary adenomas.
