摘  要:目的探讨高敏C-反应蛋白(High sensitivity C-reactive protein,Hs-CRP)、可溶性细胞表面分化抗原40及其配体(sCD40/CD40L)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(Matrix metallo proteinases-9,MMP-9)在脑梗死后斑块破裂局部和外周血含量的变化,破裂斑块和未破裂斑块炎性因子的变化是否存在差异,并与常规动脉造影组进行对比。方法急性脑梗塞动脉溶栓组和常规血管造影组分别取局部动脉血和外周静脉血进行上述炎症介质测定。结果动脉溶栓组炎症介质显著高于常规血管造影组,但动静脉相比较差异无统计学意义。结论Hs-CRP、sCD40/CD40L和MMP-9在急性脑梗死时明显高于正常,但局部血与静脉血无明显差异。Objective To investigate the changes of the peripheral blood high sensitivity C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP), soluble cell surface differentiation antigen 40 ligand(sCD40/CD40L) and matrix metal proteinase-9 (MMP-9)in patients with the cerebral infarction before and after the mottling partially burst. Contrast was carried out with the conventional artery radiography group. Methods Determination of the above inflammation medium in the partial artery blood and the circumference venous blood was carried out in both the acute cerebral infarction group( artery hitch was dissolved) and the convention angiography group. Resuits The levels of inflammation medium in acute cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those of the convention angiography group;there was no significant difference in inflammation medium between the artery blood and the circumference venous blood. Conclusion Hs-CRP, SCD40/CD40L and MMP-9 were valuable in the diagnosis, therapy and prognosis of acute cerebral infarction.
