摘　　要：形式派文论和马克思主义文论是20世纪富有影响力的文论流派。但由于20世纪的特殊社会政治语境,二者的发展呈现出不平衡的态势。当代马克思主义文论继承并扬弃了形式派文论的长处和缺憾,二者走向了一条和合之路。The schools of formalism literary criticism and Marxist literary theory have a far - reaching influence in the 20th century. As the special socio - political context in the 20th century, however, they have gotten the two unbalanced situations in their development. For the Marxist Literary Theory draws the lessons from the school of Formalism and discard its shortcomings, now Marxist Literary Theory and Formalism Literary Criticism have gone toward harmony.
