摘  要:目的观察翻白草对T2DM大鼠体重、血糖和血清INS的影响。方法Wistar大鼠42只,随机选取7只为正常组,其余35只予以高热量高糖高脂饮食加STZ腹腔注射造模,造模成功后随机分为模型组、格列奇特组和翻白草大、中、小剂量组。药物灌胃治疗4周后,检测体重血糖、血清INS。结果各用药组大鼠体重显著增加(P<0.01),血糖明显降低(P<0.01),血清INS治疗前后相比显著升高(P<0.01)。翻白草用药组间比较中、小剂量降低,血糖和升高血清INS较大剂量为优(P<0.01)。结论翻白草能有效促进INS分泌,降低血糖,且可能存在一定的量效范围。Objective To observe the influence of T2DM rats' glucose metabolism by Potentilla Disco! or Bunge(PDB). Methods We established rat T2DM model which was divided into five groups: the model , the Glielazide, the large dose of' PDB, the middle dose of PDB, the low dose of PDB. Detect the rats' weight, blood glucose and serum insulin. Results PDB large dose group significantly decreased compared with blood glucose before and after treatment (P〈0. 05) ; medium and low-dose group compared with blood glucose before and after treatment were significantly lower(P〈0. 01). PDB large, medium and low-dose group compared with serum INS before and after treatment was significantly higher (P〈0. 01) . Conclusion PDB can effectively control the T2DM rat body weight, blood glucose, can effectively contribute to I'2DM rat insulin secretion.
