摘  要:目的探讨颅内肿瘤立体定向放射治疗(SRT)定位和摆位的质量控制(QC)和质量保证(QA)。方法采用头部立体定位框架,X刀面膜等装置固定患者体位,框架标记板4块,及直径3mm小铅圆点双标记,行层厚、层距3mmCT扫描;通过网络传输至X刀治疗计划系统;进行靶区勾画,计划设计,打印出头部框架及小金属点摆位报告,复位、验证;在加速器上行共面或非共面弧形野放疗。结果头部框架摆位准确度可达到0.01mm;而小金属点摆位在X、Z方向上误差小,准确度可达到1mm,而在Y方向上可达1~1.5mm。结论头部立体定位摆位准确,而小金属点摆位误差大,尤Y方向明显,但可作为定位、治疗验证用。Objective To explore the application of quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) of stereotactic radiotherapy on intracranial tumor. Methods 21 patients were localized by stereotactic framework of head and X-knife cover membrane,the framework was installed four piece maker board, and then patients were marked by three plumbum dot of 3mm diameter, the images of CT scan with 3mm layer thickness and distance were transmitted to X-knife treatment system; the outline of targets were drawn,the two treatment plans were designed for one patient, the reports of the two plans were printed,then the patients were repositioned,the plan of stereotactic framework orientation was verified by the plan of plumbum dot orientatin,then the patients were treated by SRT with 6-MV X-ray coplanar and non-coplanar arc beam. Results The precision of stereotactic framework orientation reached 0.01mm,the precision of little plumbum dot orientation reached lmm, lmm and 2mm on X,Y and Z axis. Conclusion The stereotactic framework orientation was accurate,the error of little plumbum dot orientation was bigger,especially on Y axis direction, but it could be used in orientation, verification for SRT.
