集群内企业竞合效应分析

摘　　要：针对集群内企业竞合问题,指出竞合是一种双赢的战略思维,竞争的最高境界是竞合,集群内企业竞合对企业竞争优势的提升具有显著效应,具体表现为系统共生、战略协同和互补等,竞合战略远比单纯的竞争或合作战略更有利于企业。In view of the co-opetition between enterprises in industrial cluster, the paper pointed out that co-opetition is a winwin strategic thinking, and it is also the highest level of competition. Co-opetition strategy has a great effect to upgrade the competitive advantages of the enterprises in industrial cluster and is more advantageous than simple competition or cooperation strategy. Its specific performance embodies in the system symbiosis, strategic synergies and complementation.
