非小细胞肺癌组织中HIF-lα和MMP-9的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨缺氧诱导因子(HIF)-lα和基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-9在非小细胞肺癌与癌旁组织的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学(sP)法检测83例非小细胞肺癌、20例癌旁组织中HIF-la及MMP-9的表达。结果:非小细胞肺癌组织HIF-1α和MMP-9阳性表达明显高于癌旁组织,二者在非小细胞肺癌有淋巴结转移组与T3、T4期组较无淋巴结转移组和T1、T2期组表达明显升高,在肿瘤直径>5cm组和低分化组亦明显升高。HIF-lα,MMP-9在肺癌组织中的阳性表达率呈正相关(r=0.49,P<0.05)。结论:HIF-lα和MMP-9的表达与肿瘤的淋巴结转移与恶性程度密切相关。Objective：To study the expressions of HIF-1α and MMP-9 in non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） and pericarcinoma tissues and their clinical significance.Methods：The expressions of HIF-1α and MMP-9 were detected by immunohistchemistry in 83 cases of NSCLC and 20 cases of pericarcinoma.Results：The expressions of HIF-1α and MMP-9 were significantiy higher in NSCLC tissues than in the corresponding adjacent tissues （63.8%,51.8%）（P〈0.01）.The abnormal expression of HIF-1α and MMP-9 were significantiy higher in the group with lymph node and in 33 ,T4 staging cancer tiaaues than those in the group without lymph node and in T1 ,T2 stag- ing cancer tissues （P〈0.05）.And the expressions were higher in poorly differentiated group and diameter〉5cm group than those in well differentiated group and diameter 〈5cm group.There was a positive association between HIF-1α and MMP-9 （r=0.49,P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The expression levels.of HIF-1α and MMP-9 have important roles in invasion and metastasis of NSCLC.
