摘　　要：在当今就业形势异常严峻的情况下，大学生不断提高职业能力是必须的。同时，掌握一定的求职技巧对大学生求职来说无疑也是至关重要的。本文阐述了大学生求职掌握求职技巧的重要性及主要内容，并对大学生求职技巧的训练指导进行了初步探讨。It is necessary for college students to improve their vocational ability under the severe employment circumstances. Undoubtedly it is vital for college students to master some techniques of job hunting. This paper expounds the significance and main content of job hunting techniques and also discusses the training and guidance of them .
