摘 要:工业生产所排放的烟气是主要的大气污染源,对其所含污染源气体(SO2,NOx等)体积分数进行实时连续监测具有重要的意义。研制的实时连续监测系统采用了紫外差分吸收光谱法对烟气组分体积分数进行测量。为使现场光路调整更加方便,设计了单边插入式四自由度调整探头,有效地提高光耦合效率。研究了光谱自适应算法,根据所接收到的光谱强度,自动调整光谱仪积分时间,延长了光源的使用寿命;实时监测光谱谱线的漂移并进行自动调整,提高了长期测量的稳定性。将所研制的烟气组分探头进行了现场应用实验,SO2,NOx的体积分数测量误差小于±2%。Flue gas emissions of industrial and commercial boilers are the main pollution sources which are harmful to the atmospheric environment. To control the pollution and protect the environment, it is necessary to implement real-time and continuous monitoring on the flue gas composition, such as SO2 and NOx. Based on the differential optical absorption spectroscopy (DOAS), the system can real-time and continuously monitor the volume fraction of flue gas composition . A new single plug-in probe with four degrees of freedom is designed to make the optical path adjustment more convenient. It also improves the optical coupling efficiency. A spectrum self-adaptive algorithm is studied, which automatically adjust the integral time of the spectrometer according to the received spectral intensity. It improve the stability of the measurement. The relative measurement errors on the volume fraction of SO2 and NOx are less than ±2 %.
