摘　　要：目的:了解肠道门诊感染性腹泻病患者院前相关健康知识情况。方法:调查分析对本院2009年5月至2009年7月采肠道门诊就诊的感染性腹泻患者200例进行腹泻相关知识问卷。结果:存在对感染性腹泻相关知识知晓率低下、滥用抗生素、滥用止泻药、缺乏液体疗法及饮食管理方面知识等问题。结论:应加强感染性腹泻相关知识的教育及管理。Objective： To investigate the relevant health knowledge in patients with infectious diarrhea. Method： A questionnaire survey was conducted among 200 eases with infectious diarrhea from May. 2009 to Jul. 2009. Result： The existing problems in- elude lower understanding rate of irdeetious diarrhea, antibiotics abusing, antidiarrheal abusing, the lack of fluid therapy, and di- et management. Conclusion： We should strengthen education and management of patients with infectious diarrhea.
