自制药物糊剂治疗乳磨牙根尖周炎3年疗效临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自制药物糊剂(M:甲硝唑原料药、C:氯霉素原料药、I:碘仿、D:地塞米松,MCID)对乳磨牙根尖周炎的治疗效果及对继承恒牙发育的影响。方法以自行研制的MCID糊剂作为根充糊剂,对2005年8—12月云南省人民医院口腔预防保健科儿童牙病室收治的42例3～7岁乳磨牙尖周炎患儿的66颗患牙进行根管填充治疗,并进行3年的疗效观察。结果3年后复查,MCID药物糊剂对轻、中、重型患牙治疗有效率分别为91.30%、96.00%和67.67%;对恰充、欠充、超充者的治疗有效率分别为94.59%、73.68%、80.00%。结论MCID糊剂对轻、中型患牙有很好的疗效,且不影响其继承恒牙的正常发育,可作为治疗轻、中型乳磨牙根尖周炎的常规根管充填剂,在临床上推广使用。根充程度可影响疗效,适量填充是保证治疗效果的重要措施。Objective To evaluate the treatment effects of MCID drug paste on apical periodontitis of primary molars and its impact on development of the successive permanent teeth. Methods Using the self-developed MCID paste （composed by bulk drugs of metronidazole, chloramphenicol, iodoform and dexamethasone） as a canal filling paste, 66 molars with apical periodontitis of 42 3-7 years old children were treated, and the efficacy had been observed for three years. Results Respectively, the effective rate of MCID drug paste on light-degree, medium-degree and heavy-degree apical periodontitis of primary molars was 91.30%, 96.00% and 67.67%. The effective rate of suitable filling, underfilling and overfilling is, respectively, 94.59%, 73.68%and 80.00%. Conclusion MCID paste has satisfying effect on light-degree and medium-degree apical periodontitis of primary molars, and it does not affect the normal development of its successor. MCID paste could be used as conventional filling agents to treat mild to medium-degree apical periodontitis of primary molars. Suitable amount of filling is an important measure to ensure the treatment effect.
