摘  要:将企业的初始市场占有率引入"网内外差别定价"问题进行分析,探讨了网内外差别定价的存在与否对双寡头竞争的影响。主要结论如下:当两家企业的初始市场占有率相同,即两家企业势均力敌时,网内网外差别定价不会长期存在,即使由于历史原因存在,两家企业也会将其取消。当市场中有一家企业市场占有率较高,网内外差别定价的存在会使领先企业更有竞争优势,能够获取更多的利润。为维护市场竞争的公平性,应当取消网内外差别定价。By using Hotelling model, how on-net-and-off-net different pricing affects market competition is analyzed. This is done under the assumption that there are two competitive companies with differently initial market share. It is found that if the two competitive companies have same initial market share, on-net-and- off-net different pricing would not be adopted by any of the companies, or it would be discarded even if it was used for some historical reason. However, if one company has higher initial market share than the other, the on-net-and-off-net different pricing makes the former in an advantage position. Thus, the former would adopt the on-net-and-off-net different pricing. Thus, to make market competition fair, on-net-and- off-net different pricing would not be allowed.
