摘 要:以再制造为例,引入公众对企业产品回收再制造率的环保期望和需求对产品环保性的敏感度来表述公众环保意识,建立了具有环保意识的再制造逆向物流决策模型,并分析了环保意识对再制造决策的影响效应。研究表明:当公众环保期望上升时,市场均衡产量会下降,且由于缺乏规模效应,企业产品回收再制造率也会下降;而消费者对企业实际回收再制造率敏感度的上升,则可促使企业提高产品的回收再制造率,更利于推动逆向物流活动的开展。最后,通过数值模拟对模型结果进行验证。In the sense of remanufacturing, public environmental protection consciousness on the products of an enterprise is described by: 1 ) the expectation of used product collection and remanufacturing rate ( expectation of remanufacturing, in short) ; and 2) customer demand sensitivity to environmental impact of the products (demand sensitivity, in short). Based on this concept,a model is developed to analyze the impact of public environmental consciousness on an enterprise' s remanufacturing decision. It is found that when public expectation of remanufacturing is high the market balanced demands for the enterprise' s products would decrease,leading to the decrease of used product collection and remanufacturing rate. However, with the increase of demand sensitivity, an enterprise' s remanufacturing rate would increase, resulting in the reverse logistics. Numerical simulation is used to validate the model.
