摘　　要：从利率变化、房地产周期的波动规律以及房价近几年的走向,分析和预测中国房地产市场的走势,结果表明:中国房地产仍将保持持续发展的态势,政府仍需采取强有力的宏观调控措施,有必要继续上调利率。A review of the interest rate changes,the fluctuation of real estate cycle and the housing price changes in recent years can provide a basis for analyzing and predicting the future of China's real estate market.The study shows that real estate in China will remain the sustained development.Therefore,the government should continue to adopt powerful macro-economic control measures and further raise rates of interest.
