摘　　要：实验教学是医学教育的重要组成部分,最终目的在于使学生获得科研训练和创新能力。为了实现这一目标,必须建立与之相适应的实验教学保障体系。医学实验中心从完善各项管理制度,建立实验教材建设和实验技术队伍建设体系,建立实验教学质量保证体系,建立实验教学管理、仪器设备管理和耗材管理体系以及实验室安全、环保管理体系等方面进行了实践。Experimental teaching is an important part of the medical education.Its final objecfives are to train and develop student scientific research and creative ability.Corresponding experimental teaching security system must be established to achieve this goal.This article reported how the medical experiment teaching centre practiced on improving the management system,establishing the experimental textbooks construction and experiment technology team construction system,creating experiment teaching quality security system,starting experiment teaching management,equipment management and consumables management system as well as lab safety,environmental management system,etc.
