摘　　要：生物化学实验作为农业高校的专业基础实验课,对大学生科研素质的培养起着非常重要的作用。该文通过生物化学实验中开放实验室、优化实验内容、改革积分方式等方面的改革,探讨了培养学生科学素质取得的效果。The biochemistry experiment as the specialized foundation experiment in agricultural university plays a very vital role in training research quality of the university students. This article discusses the biochemistry experiment reforms at the aspects of opening laboratory, optimizing experiment content and reforming the integral way and the effeet obtained by training scientific quality of the students.
