摘　　要：针对科技项目申报与评审工作流程,基于WEB环境,采用J2EE架构和MVC模式,应用自行设计的PDF智能文档生成系统,设计和实现了安全高效的科技项目网上申报与评审管理系统.该系统已在兰州市科技局2008年项目申报中成功应用.For the workflows of the management of research projects, a safe and efficient project declaration and audit system based on WEB adopting J2EE framework and MVC using the self-designed auto- matic-generation application system of PDF intelligent document are designed and implemented. The system has been applied successfully in the project declaration in 2008.
