摘 要:细菌素是一类由细菌分泌的由核糖体合成的具有抑制同缘或者近缘细菌生长的蛋白质或者多肽类物质,具有无耐药性,容易降解,不残留的特点,是潜在的代替抗生素的物质。对未知细菌素的纯化,粗提方法的选择和浓缩是关键。文中介绍了硫酸铵沉淀,有机溶剂提取,及双水相抽提等方法的优势与缺点,为粗提未知细菌素提供参考。Bacteriocins are a class of proteins or peptides, secreted by bacteria, which can inhibit the growth of relative bacteria.They have the features of no drug-resistance, easily degradable and no residue and are potential alternative to antibiotic substances. To purify an unknown bacteriocin, choose suitable methods for crude extraction and concentration of the bacteriocin is a key point, the advantages and disadvantages of methods of the ammonium sulfate precipitation, organic solvent extraction and aqueous two-phase extraction used for bacteriocin extraction were described in this article, providing a reference for unknown bacteriocin crude extraction.
