社会技能训练模式对精神分裂症认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:评估社会技能训练模式对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。方法:对46例缓解期患者随机分为社会技能训练组(研究组)和常规维持治疗组(对照组),治疗期采用威斯康星卡片分类(WCST)、连续作业测验(CPT)、修订韦氏成人智力量表(WAIS-RC)进行纵向临床评定,随访12个月。结果:研究组WCST、CPT、WAIS-RC等认知功能测验项目结果均比对照组好(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症社会技能训练模式方便、易操作,对改善患者认知功能有明显效果,值得进一步推广应用。Objective： The effect of psychosocial skills training module and assessing cognitive functionin in schizophrenia patients. Methods： 46 patients in remission,who were randomly divided into psychosocial skills training group and control group. All patients were evaluted with wisconsin card sort test（WCST）, continuous performance test（CPT）, wechsler adult intelligence scal（WAIS-RC）, and followed up 12 months. Results： At the 12 months following point, patients in psychosocial skills training group the WCST, CPT, WAIS-RC was better than control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The psychosocial skills training module demonstrated the efficacy of the easy-operating and contribute to the improvement of cognitive functionin of schizophrenic patients.
