摘　　要：Spondyloarthropathies （SpAs） include five categories： ankyloslng spondyllns （AS）, reactive arthritis （ReA）,psoriatic arthritis （PsA）, enteropathic arthritis （EA） and undifferentiated spondyloarthropathy （USpA）.2 ReA is an aseptic arthritis occurring after extra-articular infections, particularly genitourinary （GU） or gastrointestinal （GI） tracts.
