摘　　要：随着国际贸易环境恶劣和国内各项制度的不断完善,我国企业面临越来越多突发的产品召回风险,企业管理者开始关注产品召回管理。不同于其他学者的政策制定角度分析召回,从企业召回运作管理层面考虑,基于召回事件发生的应急特点,提出企业产品召回应急管理的思路和方法,并按照事前预防、事中处置和事后反馈3个方面制定企业召回管理体系,并提出了详细的企业召回管理的运作流程。With the international trade euvironment worsening and the domestic legal rules continuously improving, Chinese enter- prises are facing more and more unexpected product recalls. Different from policies and legislation research, recall operation man- agement of enterprise was studied from the characteristics of recall emergency events. A recall management system was proposed. The system includes precaution of the pre - recall, disposal decision of during recall and feedback of after - recall. The detail en- terprise case database was set up and the strategic recall operation process was presented.
