摘　　要：给出了安全减灾文化的定义及其基本特征,针对大型复杂交通工程的系统复杂性特点及其安全减灾文化需求分析,探讨了安全减灾文化的建设原则和影响因素,提出了安全减灾文化建设的目标,指出了大型复杂交通工程安全减灾文化建设的过程。Conception of safety hazard reduction culture was put forward, and its characteristics were analyzed. Based on the char- acteristics of system complexity of large complicated transportation engineering and demands on culture construction of safety haz- ard reduction, principal and influential factors were studied. Aims and construction procedure of culture construction of safety haz- ard reduction were demonstrated.
