上睑臃肿的个性化重睑成形术

摘　　要：目的根据上睑臃肿的临床表现特点，对不同类型的上睑臃肿选择不同的治疗方法，观察治疗效果。方法对60例上睑臃肿患者，观察其外形和术中解剖情况，对不同类型的上睑臃肿，包括“肿泡眼”、“上睑皮肤松垂”、“睑松弛症”等实施个性化的治疗方案。结果60例患者术后随访1-4个月，5例内眦部分变浅；3例眼上睑臃肿矫正不足；其余患者成形重睑外观自然。结论针对不同原因，分步骤实施个性化治疗方案，包括充分去除上睑松垂皮肤、合理去除眶隔脂肪及眼轮匝肌下脂肪垫、提升眶隔筋膜附着点、还纳脱垂泪腺、埋线法重睑成形术等方法，效果良好。Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of fat and clumsy of upper eyelid,we choiceed various types of fat and clumsy of upper eyelid using different tre at methods. Methods We choiced sixty various types subjects of fat and clumsy of upper eyelid which eyes are vesicuilar eye,finetodderma of upper eyelid and blephar rochalasis, to aim directly at outline from and anatomy condition in operation we choiced personal plan. Results All patients are satisfied with the therapeutic efficacy, and the fat and clumsy of upper eyelids are rectification completely and appearance looks natural. Conclusion The personal stepwise treatment plan to aim dirogtly at various types subjects can reach good therapeutic efficacy, which are including removing fat of fascia palpebralis and fat pad under muscuius dormitator reasonably, upgrading at tachment point of anadesma of orbital septum and resetting prolapsed lacrimal gland.
