摘　　要：目的探讨角膜异物的预防和治疗。方法采取不同的治疗措施剔除异物。结果236例中一次取净196例(83%),其余复诊时取净。结论角膜异物应尽早采取措施取除异物,其疗效可靠,不良反应更少。Objective To discuss the prevention and treatment of cornea eyewinker. Methods To take different measure to eliminate cornea eyewinker. Results In 236 cases, the number of complete elimination was 196 （83%）, another cases were eliminated completely when they attend the clinic. Conclusion Cornea eyewinker must take early treatment to remove, tie method is effective with much less side-effect.
