摘 要:以南方酿酒葡萄新品种“凌丰”为试材,在南方产区进行葡萄叶面积的测算方法及该品种两茬果(夏果和冬果)不同叶果比与产量和果实品质关系的研究。结果表明,用叶长、叶宽及叶长×叶宽等叶形特征值与单叶面积的相关关系所建立的回归方程,可快速有效地测算该葡萄品种的群体叶面积;在南方湿热地区栽培酿酒葡萄,两茬果叶果比以5.5较合适,结果枝留叶7—8片叶,每条结果枝夏果留果重500g左右,冬果留果重450g左右为宜,审每条结果枝留果穗2—3穗,这样既保证有一定的产量,又能保证酿造用原料浆果有理想的糖度和酸度。The new cuhivar of Lingfeng wine grape was used as test material in this experiment. Its leaf area was estimated and the relationship between production or quality and leg-fruit ratio of grape ( fruits in winter and summer) was studied. The results showed that regression equation between leaf length, width or their product and single leaf area could estimate total leaf area effectively. It was thought that the optimum leaf-fruit ratio was 5.5, appropriate number of leaves on a bearing branch was 7 - 8, proper weight of fruits on a bearing branch was 500g in summer, and 450g in autumn. That was meant the proper fruit clusters were 2 -3 on a bearing branch. The experimental leaf-fruit ratio could not only ensure sufficient production but also sugar content and acidity of raw materials used for brewing.
