共同体与有机团结:中国妇女NGO的组织行为性质探析

摘　　要：以情感、精神特别是认同为连带关系而构成的共同体是社会学中的一个重要概念。由于妇女NGO的组织形态与等级结构、领导者特质以及组织活动方式与内容的特殊性,使妇女NGO的组织带上了事业共同体的性质,这一独特的性质使不同层次、不同类型的妇女NGO在以适应社会需求、适应自我生存的姿态逐步形成自己的发展模式,构建了组织的内部和谐与规范发展。我们认为,其事业共同体达成的两个基本维度,一个是组织认同,一个是组织承诺,而妇女NGO的共同体性质将给组织带来的发展结果,将是走向和谐状态的"有机团结"。Community which is composed of emotion, spirit, especially recognition is an important concept in sociology. Because of the organizing form of women NGO, hierarchical structure, leader quality and the specialty of organization activities and content, women NGO carries with the nature of occupation community which enables NGO of different levels and different types to form its own developing model to accustom to social need and its own survival, and construct its internal harmony and standardized development. We hold that occupation community has two basic dimensions, one is organization identification, and the other is organization commitment, while the community nature of women NGO will bring it to a sort of harmonious mechanical solidarity.
