摘 要:采用盆栽试验法研究了苏丹草土壤中菲、芘的去除效果,以及土壤中菲、芘残留量与多酚氧化酶和脲酶活性之间的关系。结果显示,植物—微生物联合修复对去除菲、芘有重要作用,50天试验完成后,去除率分别达到了68.9%和71.24%;对酶活性与菲、芘残留量的关系进行的相关性分析表明,当酶的活性增高时,对菲、芘的去除率也增高;种植植物可以增加微生物酶的活性,从而提高菲芘去除率,较无植物处理分别增高了51.7%和55.54%。说明植物—微生物联合修复可以作为多环芳烃修复的一种主要途径,并且也可用脲酶的活性作为土壤中菲、芘污染生态毒理指标。By pot culture experiment,this paper studied the effect of the sudan grass on removing phenanthrene and pyrene in soil,and the relationship between phenanthrene and pyrene residual and the activity of the polyphenol oxidaseand urease.The results showed that the plant-micro-organisms combined repair played a major role on the removal of phenanthrene and pyrene.After 50 days pot culture experiment,the removal reached 68.90%and 71.24%respectively;the analysis on the relationship between of enzyme activity and residual quantity of phenanthrene,and pyrene concluded that:when the enzyme activity was higher,the removal of phenanthrene and pyrene would also higher;cultivation of plants could increase the activity of microbial enzymes,improving the removal of phenanthrene and pyreneby 51.70%and 55.54%respectively than no plant.The result showed that combined bioremediation of plant-microorganism could be used as a primary means to remove the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,and activity of urease in soil could also be used as a indicator of phenanthrene and pyrene pollution eco-toxicology of the soil.
