摘  要:目的:研究丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶15基因(Serine/Threonine kinase 15,STK15)在口腔疣状癌和口腔鳞状细胞癌的表达,探讨其在疣状癌发生发展中的作用。方法:取20例口腔鳞状细胞癌和10例口腔疣状癌患者的肿瘤组织及其相应正常口腔黏膜组织标本,应用逆转录多聚酶链式反应(RT-PCR)方法检测上述标本STK15基因mRNA的相对含量。结果:口腔疣状癌组织STK15基因mRNA的表达水平高于对应正常组织,其差异显著(t=2.333,P<0.05);口腔鳞癌组织STK15基因mRNA的表达水平高于对应正常组织,其差异显著(t=2.498,P<0.05);STK15基因mRNA在口腔疣状癌中的表达显著低于口腔鳞癌(t=2.199,P<0.05)。结论:STK15基因可能在口腔疣状癌和口腔鳞癌的发生发展中起作用,STK15基因在疣状癌的发生发展过程中作用较在口腔鳞癌中小。Objective: To study the expression of Serine/Threonine kinase15 (STK15) in oral verrucous carcinoma (OVC) and oral squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) to investigate the role of STK15 gene in the development of OVC and SCC. Methods: 10 cases of OVC and 20 cases of SCC were studied. Two specimens of carcinoma tissue and matched normal oral mucosal epithelial tissue were harvested from every cases. The mRNA expression of STK15 was tested by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) in every specimen above. Results: The expression of STK15 gene in SCC was higher than those in their normal mucosa, the difference was significant (t= 2. 498, P〈0.05). The expression of STK15 gene in OVC was higher than in their normal mueosa, and the difference between two group was prominent (t=2. 333, P〈0.05). The expression of STK15 gene in SCC was higher than that in OVC. There was significant difference between two groups (t=2. 199, P〈0.05). Conclusion: STK15 gene might play an important role in the occurrence and development of OVC and SCC. As far as the mRNA ex pression of STK15 is concerned, STK15 gene might play a less important role in the occurrence and development of OVC than in that of SCC.
