摘 要:目的:分析慢性牙周炎、牙龈炎患者和牙周健康者龈下菌斑中齿垢密螺旋体的分布情况,探讨该微生物与不同牙周状况的关系。方法:收集12例慢性牙周炎、5例牙龈炎患者和5例牙周健康者,共70个位点的龈下菌斑,采用TaqMan 16S rRNA实时荧光定量PCR技术检测齿垢密螺旋体的分布。结果:慢性牙周炎病变位点齿垢密螺旋体检出率是86%,牙龈炎的是86%,牙周健康的是100%,3组检出率之间的差异没有统计学意义;微生物的检出量经对数转换后,3组之间及两两比较均有统计学意义。结论:TaqMan实时荧光定量PCR技术检测微生物灵敏度高,检出率高;龈下菌斑中齿垢密螺旋体与牙周状态密切相关。Objective: To investigate the distribution of T. denticola in chronic periodontitis patients, gingivitis and healthy subjects. Methods: 70 subgingival plaque samples were collected from 12 chronic periodontitis patients, 5 gingivitis and 5 healthy subjects. T. denticola was detected by 16S rRNA DNA TaqMan real--time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results: The detection rates of Td in chronic periodontitis was 86%, in gingivitis was 70%, and in periodontal health was 100%, which were not significant different. The quantity of bacteria was converted by the logarithmic, and Td had statistically significant difference. Conclusion: TaqMan real--time fluorescence quantitative PCR offers a sensitive, efficient and reliable approach to quantify mRNA. Our results indicate a possible association between periodontal disease and the presence of T. denticola.
