摘　　要：本文采用ＳＥＡ方法建立了Ｃ３Ｉ系统在一种典型交战环境下的系统效能模型及其分析程序，举例说明了系统效能计算结果的战术涵义。由于Ｃ３Ｉ系统所处的交战环境是千变万化的，因此采用ＳＥＡ方法建立一般交战情形下通用的Ｃ３Ｉ系统效能模型仍是十分困难的工作。然而，本文的分析过程可起到一定的示范作用。In this paper, SEA method is applied to set up effectiveness model and its analysis steps of C 3I system under the condition of a typical combat. The tactical content of system effectiveness results is described by an example. Because combat condition which C 3I system stands in is changeable, it's very difficult to set up the general effectiveness model of C 3I system. Nevertheless, the analytical process in this paper will play the role of demonstration.
