泪道逆行置管失败后行鼻腔泪囊吻合联合义管置入术疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察鼻腔泪囊吻合术联合泪道义管置入，治疗慢性泪囊炎经泪道逆行置管失败后的效果。方法21例（27只眼）慢性泪囊炎经泪道逆行置管失败后，施行改良式泪囊鼻腔吻合术联合泪道义管置入，即经改良式鼻腔泪囊吻合术中，利用含记忆合金丝的泪道探通导引针行义管U形置入。结果术后随访半年以上，治愈25只眼（92．59％），好转1只眼（3．70％），无效1只眼（3．70％）。结论改良鼻腔泪囊吻合术联合泪道义管置入术具有操作简便，成功率高，是治疗慢性泪囊炎经逆行泪道置管失败后有效的方法。Objective To observe the treatment effect by improved dacryocystorhinostomy combined with inserting intubation in chronic dacryocystitis after failed retrograde intubation procedure. Methods All 21cases （27eyes） that were operated with improved dacryocystorhinosrtomy combined with inserting silicone tube, intubation was inserted into the nasolacrimal duct and guided with probing. Results Observation period was over 6 months after operation, 25 eyes cured （92.59%）, 1 eye improved （3.70%）, 1 case failed （3.70%）. Conclusions With some advantages such as operation convenience and high successful rate, im- proved dacryocystorhinostomy combined with inserting intubation is effective and dependable method for treating chronic dacryocystitis after a failed intubafion procedure.
