摘 要:目的:总结国内外关于蛋白质芯片技术在肿瘤标志筛选中的应用进展。方法:应用Medline及CNKI期刊全文数据库检索系统,以"蛋白质组、蛋白质组学和肿瘤标志"为关键词,检索1999-01-2009-04的相关文献。文献纳入标准:1)蛋白质芯片的发展;2)蛋白质芯片技术在肿瘤研究中的应用;3)蛋白质芯片技术挑战。粗选41篇相关文献,根据纳入标准,纳入分析28篇文献。结果:随着人类基因组研究的不断深入,基因数量的有限性和结构的稳定性与生命现象复杂多变的矛盾凸现,蛋白质组研究被推到了生命科学的前沿。结论:目前,蛋白质芯片技术已成为肿瘤蛋白质组学研究的重要工具之一。OBJECTIVE:To sum up the domestic and abroad articles related to proteomies and proteome in selecting tumor markers. METHODS: The literature was retrieved in PubMed and CNKI from 1999 01 -- 2009-04. The key words were proteome, proteomics and tumor marker. The selection standards: 1) the progress of protein chip; 2)using protein chip in selecting tumor markers; 3)the challenge about proteomics. A total of 41 papers related were collected, and 28 were used lastly. RESULTS: Following the study of human genome deepening, the paradox between the finiteness of genes number and stability of genes's truc ture and the variety of the life phenomena are more conspicuous. Then,the study of proteomics is pushed to the advancing front of life science research. CONCLUSION: The application of proteomics to tumor research has become a hot spot nowadays.
