白内障超声乳化及人工晶体植入术1000例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的讨论白内障超声乳化并人工晶体植入术的治疗效果。方法对1000例(1000只眼)白内障施行标准巩膜隧道切口行超声乳化并人工晶体植入手术。结果术后1天、1周、2周、1月、3月以上矫正视力0.6以上者分别是801只眼(80.1%),845只眼(84.5%)867只眼(86.7%),954只眼(95.4%),987只眼(98.7%),术后发生刀口漏水6只眼(0.60%),继发青光眼5只眼,占0.05%,。结论白内障超声乳化并人工晶体植入术,术后视力提高明显,具有切口小,不缝线,操作简便、术后反应轻、散光小、术后视力恢复快,并发症少等优点,大大缩短了患者的康复时间,是一种比较理想的手术方式。Objective To discuss the cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation for treatment.Methods 1000cases （1000 eyes） with the introduction of the standard cataract incision scleral tunnel phacoemulsiflcation and intraocolar lens 1 mplamation surgery.Results After 1 day, 1 week, 2weekS, 1month, 3months or more than 0.6corrected visual acuiv were 801 eyes （80.1%）,845eyes （84.5%）, 867eyes （86.7%）, 95.4%eyes 954, 987eyes （98.7%）,postoperative woundleakage occurred in 6 eyes （0.60%）, secondary glaucoma in 5 eyes, accounted for 0.05%.Conclusion Phaeoemulsifieation andlntraocular lens implantation, postoperative visual acuity, was improved significantly, with a small incision, Do not thread, easy to operate, after response to light, small astigmatism, postoperative visual acuity and rapid recovery, fewer complications,etc., greatly reducing the patient, srecovery time is a more satisfacto way of operation.
