摘 要:论述了电机网络化运动控制技术的意义和发展现状。简要分析比较了SSCNET、SERCOS、CC-Link等6种常见运动控制总线协议的性能特点及应用特点。指出电机运动控制网络的结构及目前存在的主要问题,在此基础上进一步归纳了电机网络化运动控制系统的关键技术,包括网络的选择、通信协议及运动控制器的设计。最后指出现场总线与以太网的集成技术及无线网络的应用,为电机运动控制网络提供了新的发展方向,模糊控制、变结构控制等先进控制策略的进一步应用,为电机运动控制网络提供了强大的技术支持。The significant and development course of the motion control network technologies were stated. The performances and applications of six popular serial motion control network protocols, such as SSCNET,SERCOS,CCLink , were emphatically analyzed and compared. The configurations and main problems of motor motion control network were given. On this base, key technologies of motor motion control network were summarized, including the selection of network, the design of motion controller and the communication protocol. Finally, it was pointed out that the integration of field bus and Ethernet, wireless networked applications, provide the developing trends for the motor motion control network, further applications of the advanced control strategies, such as fuzzy control and variable structure control methods also give a strong technology support for the system.
