摘  要:采用模匹配法对铷原子频标中圆柱谐振腔HE_(111)模的谐振特性进行了理论分析。通过计算几种填充复杂结构介质的圆柱谐振腔的TE_(011)模的谐振频率,并与仿真结果相对照,验证了该方法的正确性。在此基础上,对腔泡位置、长度对HE_(111)模的谐振频率的影响进行了分析。其结论对于原子频标中谐振腔的设计及介质加载谐振腔理论的完善具有一定的理论指导价值。The mode matching method was used to analyze the resonant characteristic of HE111 mode in cylindrical resonant cavity loaded with multilayer dielectric for rubidium frequency standard. By calculating the resonant frequency of the TE011 mode in the cylindrical resonant cavity loaded with complex dielectric and comparing it with the commercial software (CST) results, the correctness of this method was proved. On this basis, the impact on the resonant frequency of the HE111 mode with the location and the length of bubble was analyzed. This method is of high credibility and efficiency and it defines a certain theoretical value for designing the resonant cavity of atomic frequency standard and leads to theoretical perfection of resonant cavity loaded with dielectric.
