摘　　要：目的观察调脂益寿胶囊(TZYS)对高血脂症性脂肪肝的治疗作用。方法采用高脂饲料喂养家兔75 d,制造兔高血脂症性脂肪肝模型,随机分为模型组、TZYS组和正常对照组。检测各组肝指数和肝组织胆固醇含量,并检测肝组织病理学改变。结果TZYS显著降低肝指数和肝组织胆固醇含量(P<0.05),对家兔肝脂肪变有显著的抑制作用。结论TZYS能够抑制高脂饮食导致的脂肪肝。Objective It is to observe the therapeutic action of Tiaozhi Yishou capsule （TZYS） on hyperlipidemic liver fatty. Methods The rabbits were fed with high fat diet for 75 d to make rabbit model of hyperlipidemic liver fatty. Then the rabbits were randomly divided into model group, TZYS group and normal control group. The liver index, the content of cholesterol in liver tissue and the pathological change of liver tissue in the three groups were detected. Results TZYS significantly lowered the liver index and the content of cholesterol in liver tissue （P 〈 0.05）, and had significant inhibitory action on rabbit liver fatty degeneration. Conclusion TZYS can inhibit liver fatty induced by high fat diet.
