白酒氰化物测定比色液浑浊的处理探讨

摘　　要：[目的]探讨白酒氰化物异烟酸一吡唑酮GB/T5009.48-2003测定时产生的浑浊比色液变为澄清。[方法]吸取1.0ml试样于10ml具塞比色管中先加入1滴5%EDTA,再加入1滴2%吐温-80,加氢氧化物(2g/L)溶液至5ml,放置5min。其余步骤按国标方法进行。[结果]白酒氰化物测定比色液全部澄清,可以进行比较定量。[结论]该法去除比色液浑浊简易,与国标方法的检出限和线性范围一致,有一定应用价值。[Objective] To investigate the method how to change the cloudy colorimetric solution change into clear when determining liquor cyanide isonicotinic acid-pyrazolone GB/T5009.48-2003.[Methods] Added 1.0ml sample to the 10ml color-comparison tubes tube,then added one drop of 5% EDTA,one drop of 2% Tween-80 and hydroxide（2g/L） to 5ml,then placed 5min.The other steps should be went on according to the national standard methods.[Results] All the colorimetric solution changed into clear.[Conclusion] The method could remove cloudy colorimetric solution simply,it has certain application value with the same detection limit and linear range of national standard method.
