摘　　要：目的探讨水通道蛋白1(AQP1)在非小细胞肺癌中的表达和意义,以及与缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测78例非小细胞肺癌组织中AQP1的表达,分析其表达与临床病理特征、预后以及与HIF-1α、VEGF表达的关联性。结果78例非小细胞肺癌中,腺癌、腺鳞癌和大细胞癌的AQP1阳性表达率分别为57.5%(23/40),33.3%(1/3)和20.0%(1/5),鳞癌无阳性表达。阳性物质呈均质细颗粒状定位于胞质和(或)胞膜,亦见细胞核着色,瘤体边缘与正常组织交界处表达增多。肺腺癌中AQP1的表达与N分期、复发/转移和生存时间存在关联性(P<0.01或P<0.05),与HIF-1α、VEGF的表达亦存在关联性(均P<0.01)。结论非小细胞肺癌中存在AQP1的表达,与HIF-1α和VEGF之间可能存在协同作用,促进肺腺癌的侵袭和转移。Objective To investigate the expression of AQP1 in non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）and its relationship with expression of HIF 1α and VEGF. Methods The expression levels of AQP1, HIF-1α,and VEGF were detected by immuno-histochemistry in 78 surgically resected specimens of NSCLC. The relationship of the expression of AQP1 with clinical pathological features,prognosis and the expression of HIF-1α,and VEGF was analyzed. Results The positive rate of AQP1 in adeno carcinoma,adenosquamous carcinoma,and large cell carcinoma was 57.5% ,33.3% ,and 20.0% respectively. The positive material was homogeneous fine particle mainly localized in the cytoplasm and membrane,occasionally in the nuclei of tumor cells, with increased expression at the edge of the tumor and the junction of normal tissue. The expression of AQP1 was correlated with lymph node stage,metastasis and survival time（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05） ,and it had a positive correlation with the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in lung adenocarcinoma（P〈0.01）. Conclusion There was expression of AQP1 in NSCLC. The expression of AQP1 had a positive correlation with the expression of HIF la and VEGF in lung adenocarcinoma. The interactions of AQP1, HIF 1α and VEGF may co-regulate the progress of lung adenocarcinoma.
