摘  要:制动器的设计是车辆设计中最重要的环节之一,在车辆设计阶段无法路试的情况下,通常会在专门的制动器实验台对所设计的的路试进行模拟实验.本文根据可观测量和制动原理分析出各扭矩之间的关系:Mb=Mz-Mq=ΔJddtω,建立微分方程模型Idt=2π0ΔJdn,即驱动电流依赖于可观测量的数学模型,并在给定条件下计算出驱动电流为174.205 A;由于评价控制方法的主要依据是能量误差的大小,因而利用观测的数据,用软件S-PLUS拟合转速与时间的关系,分析出角加速度为常量,并计算出观测消耗的能量,然后利用初始数据计算理论消耗的能量,求出能量误差,从相对能量误差角度进行分析得出相对误差为5.481 039 8%,评价该方法的执行结果可以被接受.The design of the brake is one of the most important aspects of vehicle design, at the case of the the design phase of vehicles can not road test, usually in a special brake test- bed for a road test designed to simulate experiments. Based on the principle of substantial measurement and analysis of brake out of the relationship between the torque: Mb=Mt-Mq=△Jdω/dt, the establishment of differential equation model I dt=π/20△Jdn, that is, drive current depends on the observable mathematical model, and calculated under the given conditions drive current for the 174. 205 A; since the evaluation of control methods was based priarily on the size of the error of energy, thus the use of observational data, using the software S-PLUS fitting the relationship between speed and time, analyze the angular acceleration is constant, and calculate the energy consumption of observations, and then The initial data of the use of the theory of energy consumed, calculate the energy error, the error from the perspective of the relative energy drawn from the analysis the relative error of 5.481 039 8%, the evaluation results of the implementation of this method can be accepted.
